First Ron talks with Morgan Spurlock, who you may remember from his hugely successful documentary Supersize Me. Morgan came by wearing his “sponsor suit” to talk about his new documentary. Pom Wonderful Presents: The Greatest Story Ever Sold examines the world of product placement, and is also completely funded by product placement.
Next, Academy Award Winning director and producer Davis Guggenheim talked with Ron about the electric guitar which is the subject of his documentary It Might Get Loud. The careers of Jimmy Page, The Edge and Jack White are explored in this critically acclaimed film.
Amir Bar Lev comes in to talk with Ron about his latest film– The Tillman Story– which investigates the death of professional football player Pat Tillman. Pat was killed in the line of duty in Afghanistan, and was proclaimed a hero. But his family soon discovered that they were not getting the true account of what happened to Pat. Their search for the truth formed the basis of the film. Amir sits down with Ron to talk about this incredible story.
Finally, Ron spends the last hour talking with writer, actor and comedian Patton Oswalt about his remarkable career, in an episode of Unmasked.
